BETTY WILSON
KILLER-FOR-HIRE MURDER CASE

THE WITNESS DEPOSITION

It appeared that Betty Wilson would spend the rest of her life in prison for a crime she did not commit.  Her case had been appealed all the way to the U. S. Supreme Count and was rubber stamped "denied" in each appeal.  Her only salvation was new evidence.

In 2003, a witness came forward who had information that could have possibly exonerated her but the Three Stooges, a backwoods southern lawyer, a college professor, and a two-bit PI bungled it for her by filing a phony affidavit with the witness' signatures forged on it.  The forged affidavit totally contradicted the following deposition.  To see the forged affidavit click here Forged/Phony Affidavit.
