THE BETTY WILSON
KILLER-FOR-HIRE MURDER CASE

THE FORGED AFFIDAVIT

Back to Killer-for-Hire -
The Final Chapter of the
Alabama Twins Murder Case

This is the forged affidavit that Betty Wilson's lawyer, Brent Morrison, filed at the Madison County Courthouse on February 23, 2004. "Affidavit" is misspelled three times along with five or six other words.  The two marked out items have the initials "RW", Ron Watson.  Shouldn't these initials have been the witness' initials?  The witness has never stated he met anyone on the day in question at a bar at the Ramada Inn. The second marked out item is "Ramada Inn" with the word "bar" written after it.  Why wasn't the second mention of the bar at the Ramada Inn marked out?  The witness at that time did not know the other two men or woman by their legal names. If Morrison or Watson had been doing their due diligence, they would have known that White's brother was Thurmond Howell not Charlie White. The witness never knew whose home or the location of the home that White was planning to burglarized. When the witness met with James White the night of the murder, there was no mention whatsoever of any murder. This entire "affidavit" was the figment of Ron Watson's imagination.  The witness never signed it.  His signatures were forged by Watson.  In spite of the fact that the witness had told Morrison he was not going to sign it because it was full of lies and went against his deposition, Morrison filed it anyway.  Repeated requests to Morrison to correct this grave carelessness fell on deaf ears.
