PHONY AFFIDAVIT

Back to Introduction

"Affidavit" is misspelled three times along with five or six other words.  The two marked out items have the initials "RW", Ron Watson.  Shouldn't the witness' initials also have been included?  The witness has never stated he met anyone on the day in question at a bar at the Ramada Inn. The second marked out item is "Ramada Inn" with the word "bar" written after it.  Why wasn't the second mention of the bar at the Ramada Inn marked out?  To this day the witness does not know the other two men or woman by their legal names. The witness never knew whose home or the location of the home that was to be burglarized. When the witness met with James White the night of the murder there was no mention whatsoever of any murder.  Click on this link Attorney General's Answer and see how the Attorney General's Office used this phony affidavit to discredit the witness and asked yourself if Betty Wilson might not have had a chance of a hearing if this piece of crap had not been filed.  Also, please go to the signature page below and click on the handwriting expert's link to see an analysis of the witness' forged signatures.
