PHONY AFFIDAVIT
Back to Introduction
"Affidavit" is misspelled three times along with five or six other words.
The two marked out items have the initials "RW", Ron Watson. Shouldn't the
witness' initials also have been included? The witness has never stated he
met anyone on the day in question at a bar at the Ramada Inn. The second marked
out item is "Ramada Inn" with the word "bar" written after it. Why wasn't
the second mention of the bar at the Ramada Inn marked out? To this day
the witness does not know the other two men or woman by their legal names. The
witness never knew whose home or the location of the home that was to be
burglarized. When the witness met with James White the night of the murder there
was no mention whatsoever of any murder. Click on this link
